"As the world's leading augmented hospitality group with more than 5,300 properties in over 110 countries, we are excited to announce the involvement of premium brand Mövenpick with the Çamlıvadi and Saklıvadi projects under an agreement with Artaş Group, Turkey's real estate and construction leader. All one bedroom, two bedroom and penthouse apartments are elegantly decorated with meticulously designed details. Each apartment enjoys complimentay internet connection, same-day laundry service, a restaurant with buffet service for breakfast, and a winter garden.
Guests will not have to skip their fitness routine as they can take advantage of a full-fledged gym equipped with exercise gear, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and resting room. Moreover, an indoor and outdoor manège are offered to the service of the hotel guests who are interested in horse riding. A playground for our little guests and a complimentary parking lot are also available.
NEARBY ACTIVITIES
The main advantage of both hotels is their ideal location to Vadistanbul. Built by the Artaş Group, Vadistanbul is one of the most popular shopping and entertainment centers in Turkey, offering customers an array of amenities including branded stores, elegant restaurants and cafés, theaters and concert halls. In order to provide ease of access to those venues a shuttle service will be offered for hotel guests.
Both projects are located in the center of Istanbul, at only 29 km from Istanbul Airport, and in close proximity to the city's hotspots including Ortaköy, Bebek, Emirgan, Tarabya Nişantaşı, Taksim, and Eminönü, historical sites such as the Galata Tower, Rumelian Castle, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar, and natural reserves such as Belgrad Forest and the Emirgan Park. The monorail line available in Vadistanbul connects to the metro line, making it possible to access the metropolitan area.
The developer of Vadistanbul, one of Turkey's largest real estate projects, Artaş Group, is an organization that has been active in the real estate, retail and tourism industries for 45 years. The group's most popular brand, "Avrupa Konutları" (European Residences) is a leader of branding in the housing industry. "We are here to announce a great cooperation. The Artaş Group has built, operated and managed a lot of buildings for housing, retail and tourism purposes for 45 years. We have developed and awarded to our country a magnificent project like Vadistanbul. We manage 35,000 residences, 6 shopping malls and 8 hotels that are delivered and under construction. Drawing upon our knowledge and experience, now we are stepping to a whole new cooperation. We are happy to have Mövenpick, an international brand managed by Accor, in our Çamlıvadi and Saklıvadi projects built as part of our main brand, European Residences. We are excited to see the value the brand will add. Equipped with the state-of-the-art technology and built with a resilient and aesthetic architecture, the buildings will offer an attractive combination of Mövenpick's excellence and Turkish hospitality. I hope that this investment and partnership will bring joy to both parties oand to the tourism industry," said Süleyman Çetinsaya, Chairman of the Artaş Group.
