MEXICO (November 06, 2023) -- Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) and Parks Hospitality Holdings (“PHH”) have announced a highly anticipated collaboration to expand Hyatt’s brand footprint in Mexico with the development of four new properties across key destinations in Mexico, including Mexico City, Los Cabos, and Cancun. The new properties are expected to open starting 2024 and will include two Grand Hyatt hotels, a new select-service offering near the Cancun International Airport, and the debut of the Park Hyatt brand in Cancun.

CARTAGENA, Spain (January 10, 2023) -- Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announced that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a franchise agreement with La Manga Club, S.L. (an affiliate of Grupo Inversor Hesperia) for Grand Hyatt La Manga Club and Resort. Following significant renovation work, the iconic 192-room resort property is set to debut the Grand Hyatt brand in Spain in mid-2023. The announcement fuels Hyatt’s ambitious plans to grow its luxury brands in key-growth markets across Europe in the places that matter most to guests and World of Hyatt members.
